- A studio, not an agency. No layers in between: whoever hears the problem is whoever solves it.

Principles
Five convictions
- The problem first, then the technology. The stack is chosen once it’s clear what’s needed.
- Technical debt is nobody’s fault. Ignoring it is.
- Useful AI exists. Slide-deck AI is far more common — telling them apart is part of the job.
- Few promises, all kept. If something can’t be done, the studio says so.
- Code is written for people. The machine is only the second reader.
